Six Simple Steps

Our graduate and trainee interview process is designed to accommodate remote and virtual working. We are incorporating a number of different elements in order to keep the process engaging and enjoyable for you - as well as helping you get a better of understanding of who HRC are and what kind of talent will shine here.


Record your answers to 5 set questions via video. Showcase your personality - recruitment is all about communicating with people!

CV & Written Test

Following on from your Hinterview recording, we'd like to see your CV. We'd also like to set you a short written test - being able to communicate clearly and fluently with our clients and candidates is essential.

Screening Call

Our graduate recruiter will now get in touch with you via phone call. This is an informal and friendly chat - we just want to know a bit more about what you've said in your videos and your CV.

Invitation to Assessment Event

This event will include individual exercises, group exercises, Q&A session and a presentation. This will all be done through Zoom using breakout rooms.

Psychometric Testing

This type of assessment will help us get to know you - your strengths, your ambitions, what makes you tick! This will help us find the right team for you here at HRC.

Final Interview

In this last step, you'll be interviewed (via video) by a team of our Directors and Managers. Just be yourself! Remember, an interview works both ways.
